Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie for located in Delhi, India. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, assisting in menu development, ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and training junior kitchen staff. Day-to-day tasks include managing a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Experience in menu development and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Team management and training skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
• Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience in Pan Asian Cuisine with expertise in varieties of Dimsum

Bringing a helper with them is a plus
