Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present all tandoor dishes including kebabs, rotis, naans, tikka, tandoori chicken, breads, and grills. Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all tandoor items. Manage tandoor operations efficiently – temperature control, fuel usage, and equipment handling. Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality and hygiene at all times. Assist in menu planning, new dish trials, and portion control. Manage food preparation schedules and ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure proper storage of raw materials. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the tandoor section as per FSSAI norms. Coordinate with commis chefs and train junior staff as needed. Ensure adherence to kitchen safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
