Role DescriptionAbout theRoleWeare looking for a proactive and dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage client interactions, business presentations, and follow-ups. The candidate will act as a bridge between our firm and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery of information, and professional representation of the firm.Key Responsibilities • ClientMeetings & Relationship Management • Conduct meetings with existing and prospective clients (online/offline). • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for solutions. • Ensurecontinuous follow-ups and maintain strong professional relationships. • Business Communication & Documentation • Draftprofessional emails, proposals, and business communications. • Prepare and deliver client-ready PowerPoint presentations, reports, and pitch decks. • Maintain documentation of discussions, agreements, and progress updates. • Coordination & Support • Liaisewith internal teams (CAs, analysts, and partners) to gather information and prepare client deliverables. • Trackproject timelines and ensure deadlines are met. • Support business development activities and assist in onboarding new clients.Key Skills & Competencies • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written). • Strongclient-handling ability with a professional demeanor. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively. • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive approach
