Job Overview:

USA Real Immigration Services (USAIS) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing in-house finance team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity ideal for newly certified professionals or recent graduates who are looking to begin their accounting careers. No prior work experience is required.

The selected candidate will work closely with our internal management to perform assigned accounting duties, support business operations, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. You will receive on-the-job training and clear guidance as we assign responsibilities based on your skills and company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Note: Duties will be assigned and adjusted by management as per company requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Reconcile accounts and support data validation processes.
• Monitor debits and credits to ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic financial planning.
• Participate in audits, regulatory filings, and compliance reviews as required.
• Utilize Excel and accounting tools for data entry, calculations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• No prior work experience required – freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate functions).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
