Chartered Accountant - Taxation

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a specialization in Taxation to manage and optimize the company’s tax obligations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, handle tax audits, and provide strategic tax planning for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance:
• Prepare and file returns for Income Tax, GST/VAT, TDS, and other statutory taxes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and statutory deadlines.
• Manage reconciliations and documentation required for tax filings.
• Tax Planning & Advisory:
• Advise on tax-saving strategies aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate the tax implications of transactions and contracts.
• Stay updated on changing tax laws and interpret their impact on the business.
• Audit & Assessment:
• Handle tax audits, assessments, and queries from tax authorities.
• Prepare responses and documentation for tax notices or litigation.
• Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and government authorities as required.
• Transfer Pricing (if applicable):
• Assist in maintaining transfer pricing documentation and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of tax-related transactions.
• Provide periodic reports on tax liabilities and contingencies to management.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 6 months or 1 years of post-qualification experience in taxation.
• Strong understanding of direct and indirect taxes, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with tax audits, assessments, and statutory filings.
• Proficient in using accounting software and tax platforms (e.g., Tally, SAP, Excel, GSTN portal).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
