As a CA Manager - Taxation, your role involves overseeing tax-related activities such as Income Tax Returns (ITR) filing, financial statement preparation, audits, and providing financial advice. You will be responsible for managing client escalations, supervising complex accounting tasks, and leading a team of accountants and auditors. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and file income tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. - Provide financial and legal advice to clients on taxation, accounting, and compliance issues. - Address and manage client escalations related to tax, audit, or accounting matters. - Conduct thorough verifications of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws. - Handle complex accounting tasks, maintaining accounts correctly and up to date with the latest standards. - Lead and manage tax audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and resolving any audit-related issues. - Manage and mentor a team of accountants and auditors, ensuring deadlines are met and work is distributed efficiently.
