Job Overview

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee

  Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, TDS, PT filing, and Registrations

  .
• Handle

  Income Tax Return filings

  , tax planning, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Conduct

  Bank Audits, Statutory Audits, and Financial Management

  .
• Prepare accurate and timely

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  .
• Provide

  strategic financial advice

  to clients while ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulatory frameworks (including FEMA Act).
• Liaise with clients to deliver professional solutions and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams on income tax preparation and audits.
• Research and resolve complex tax and accounting issues impacting clients or the firm.
• Ensure efficient tax planning and performance monitoring with the tax department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA certification (mandatory).

• Proven experience in

  taxation, auditing, and financial management

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Income Tax, GST, FEMA, TDS

  , and related regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent English communication skills

  –

  must be able to hold telephonic discussions with overseas clients.

• Strong negotiation, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting tools and financial reporting software.
• Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure.
