Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Requirement:

• Education:

  Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Experience:

  Minimum of 7-10 years of experience post-qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalisation of Books of Accounts

  for companies, firms, and individuals in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and review

  financial statements

  ,

  profit & loss accounts

  , and

  balance sheets

  .
• Ensure accurate and timely

  monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

  of accounts.
• Handle

  Income Tax compliance

  including preparation and filing of

  ITRs

  , computation of taxable income, and supporting audit requirements.
• Manage

  GST compliance

  — registration, returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), reconciliation, and responding to notices.
• Assist in

  statutory, tax, and internal audits

  , and coordinate with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with

  Company Law matters

  including board resolutions, ROC filings, and annual returns.
• Maintain and update accounting records in

  SAP and Tally ERP

  .
• Provide support in

  budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

  .
• Stay updated on

  changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

  .

Remuneration:

CTC - within 15 LPA
