Accomplished Taxation Leader with over 5 years of experience heading taxfunctions in the steel, power and food processing industries, with deepexpertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Income Tax under Indiantaxation laws. Proven ability to lead tax departments in high-compliancesectors, driving efficiency, minimizing tax exposure, and ensuring fullstatutory compliance in manufacturing and food industry. Expert in GST implementation, return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), input taxcredit optimization, and e-invoicing across multi-state operations. Skilled inmanaging income tax matters including advance tax, TDS, tax audits, andassessments. Strong background in managing indirect tax litigations,departmental audits, and representations before tax authorities andappellate forums. Deftly Vouching Audit; preparing tax audit reports; making necessaryrecommendations and exact findings related to work performed. Diligently identifying frauds/misrepresentation or other errors and informedthe client on time through audit of data and documents.
