Area Sales Manager – Premium Cosmeceutical Skincare Brand Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a premium cosmeceutical brand delivering clinically proven, science-driven skincare solutions. Positioned at the intersection of luxury and dermatological trust , our mission is to build a strong offline-first presence with dermatologists, chemists, and cosmetic retailers across India. Key Responsibilities Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors/stockists to ensure strong market coverage and smooth product supply. Lead and mentor sales representatives (MRs) in the assigned territory, ensuring effective field execution. Negotiate with distributors, chemists, and cosmetic retailers to maximize margins and placement. Drive shelf placement and visibility of products at chemists, cosmetic stores, and dermat clinics. Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, and key accounts for prescription generation. Plan and execute field visits, product demos, sampling, and CME programs for doctors and clinic staff. Ensure achievement of primary & secondary sales targets, collections, and overall business growth in the territory. Requirements 3–6 years of proven sales experience in skincare, beauty, cosmeceuticals, or dermatology brands (mandatory). Prior experience in appointing distributors/stockists is a must. Strong dermatologist, cosmetologist, and chemist network in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation , and leadership skills. Ability to independently drive sales execution and shelf placement . Graduate degree required; MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. The candidate should have a solid background in income tax returns, balance sheet, auditing, bookkeeping, statutory filings, GST, and company compliances, with the ability to manage client accounts and ensure timely compliance. Key Responsibilities: Handle bookkeeping, accounts finalization, and balance sheet preparation for multiple clients. File GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns accurately and on time. Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits . Manage ROC filings and other MCA-related compliances for companies. Liaise with clients for data collection, reconciliations, and compliance support. Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely submissions to government portals . Prepare MIS reports and support senior CAs in advisory assignments. Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / Inter CA preferred. Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in an accounting role within a CA firm. Hands-on knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliances . Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software .
