Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Strategy

• Design and implement a dynamic content calendar with posts, reels, stories, and campaigns tailored for skincare audiences.
• Conceptualize and execute

  UGC-driven content

  to make the brand relatable and authentic.
• Develop engaging formats (problem-solution posts, ingredient education, skincare routines, testimonials, etc.) that resonate with our target audience.

• Community Building

• Make our community page lively by sparking conversations, responding to comments/messages, and driving engagement.
• Collaborate with micro-influencers, dermatologists, and content creators to add depth to the brand presence.

• Marketing & Growth

• Create and execute

  end-to-end social media campaigns

  (organic + paid) that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze insights and metrics to refine strategy and boost audience growth.
• Stay ahead of

Requirements

skincare, beauty, or cosmetic brands

✅ Strong sense of creativity—able to craft posts that stand out, not just generic templates or copy pasting from Pinterest or other brand pages

✅ Deep knowledge of skincare/beauty industry trends, ingredients, and audience psychology

✅ Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva/Adobe/CapCut, etc.)

✅ Excellent understanding of Meta Ads, influencer collaborations, and UGC-driven growth

✅ Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a premium audience
