Location: Baner, PuneExperience: Fresher / Articleship Experience in Internal AuditEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Internal Audit, including extensive exposure during articleship in manufacturing and IT sector audits. You will be responsible for managing audits end-to-end, from planning to the audit committee presentation, while maintaining high standards of technical knowledge and adherence to ICAI's Code of Ethics.Key Responsibilities:Oversee audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring value addition to clients.Manage audits/assignments end-to-end, including preparation of reports, documentation, and presentation to the audit committee.Maintain working papers, detailed notes, and ensure adherence to ICAI’s Code of Ethics and the firm’s values.Proactively engage with clients, providing regular updates and identifying new opportunities.Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at P G BHAGWAT LLP.Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to seminars/trainings for clients, articles, and managers.Stay updated with industry knowledge and regulations.Work beyond regular hours when required and inform the reporting partner of critical issues.Skills & Qualifications:Chartered Accountant with exposure to Internal Audit during articleship.Experience in manufacturing and IT sector audits is preferred.Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and ICAI’s Code of Ethics.Ability to manage audits independently, from planning to audit committee presentation.Proactive in client engagement and reporting.Immediate joiners preferred.If you are a detail-oriented CA looking for a challenging audit role, we’d love to hear from you!Apply Now: https://pgbhagwatca.com/employee-application-form/
