Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary (CS) Trainee at D. Kothary & Co. located in Mumbai. The CS Trainee will assist in various corporate compliance tasks, such as filing required documents with regulatory bodies, preparing and maintaining statutory books, and ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. The trainee will also support board meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and handle correspondence with stakeholders and clients.
