Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant, based in Lucknow. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, preparing financial statements and reports, and conducting audits. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will handle budgeting, financial planning, and advising on fiscal matters to support the organization's social welfare initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Experience in preparing financial statements, reports, and managing audits
• Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Experience in non-profit sector finance is a plus
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
