Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team at Pitampura, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing professional financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Review and finalize financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Supervise audits (internal and external) and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior accountants and ensure accuracy and performance across the team.
• Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, and finance management.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to review, guide, and coordinate work efficiently within a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
