Job Title: Senior Auditor Location: Pitampura, Delhi Salary: INR 45,000 – 55,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–5 years in audit or related field Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Auditor to lead and execute internal and external audit engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of IFRS , and a proven ability to work collaboratively and manage team dynamics effectively. This role is based out of our office in Pitampura, Delhi . Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute financial, operational, and compliance audits Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements Review financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, including IFRS Prepare clear, well-structured audit reports with actionable recommendations Supervise, mentor, and support junior audit staff; ensure smooth team coordination and delivery Coordinate with clients or internal departments for audit planning and execution Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and internal policies Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CA / CPA / CMA preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience (preferably in a senior or supervisory role) Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, and GAAP Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools/software Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle team leadership and collaboration effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Prior experience in audit firms or consulting roles Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Professional development and upskilling opportunities Health and wellness benefits Supportive and flexible work culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Required) Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
