Profile Summary

As a senior Accountant, you shall have to execute Accounting, Invoice creation and accounting assignments using accounting software’s. You should have good computer skills to be able to manage the assigned tasks. You shall be responsible for accounting and Co-ordination with clients. You should be able to manage time well and be prompt in work.

Criteria for Eligibility

· Graduate (preferably from accounting background)

· MS Office and Tally literacy

· Experience 3 years (Preferably from a Chartered Accountant Firm)

Roles and Responsibilities

· Independently handling of accounting work on TALLY ERP (9.2) or any other accounting software for various clients including but not limited to following

o Performing book keeping on daily basis, Invoicing & preparation of Vouchers and documentation.

o Maintenance of Books of Account, (Main. Of Purchase book, Sales book, Journal book, Cash book, Bank book including Reconciliation of Banks,) excellent knowledge of accounting principles (Double entry System).

o Payroll Accounting: Preparation of Salary sheet on monthly basis and making entries including PF & ESIC calculation Working, TDS etc.

o Reconciliation of Banks, Customer, Vendors including Branch & Intercompany reconciliation.

· Independently handling all the monthly compliance GST including but not limited to following

o Preparation of GST Returns on monthly basis

o Reconciliation of GSTR-2A inputs from Portal and Books

· TDS deductions & deposition as per Income tax rules

· Preparation of income tax returns and filing of returns

· Coordinate & follow-up with clients for information

Skills Required

· Working knowledge of MS-Office tools, Tally, etc.

· Ability to prioritize and work independently.

· Knowledge of accounting, taxation and business laws

· Understanding of accounting concepts, conventions, standards, etc.

· Capable of multi-tasking and managing time efficiently

Salary
CTC (Per month): INR 30000-45000 (Negotiable)
