Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary (CA + CS)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with dual expertise as a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS). The role involves managing the company’s financial, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions while also ensuring corporate governance, secretarial practices, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical ability, and in-depth knowledge of finance and corporate laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts (CA Role):

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with Direct & Indirect Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Provide financial analysis and insights for business decisions.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants.

Secretarial & Compliance (CS Role):

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, RBI, and other applicable laws.
• Conduct Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and draft minutes, resolutions, and notices.
• Maintain statutory registers and records.
• Ensure corporate governance practices and advise on legal implications of business decisions.
• Handle filing of returns, forms, and other regulatory submissions with MCA, SEBI, ROC, etc.
• Liaise with regulators, legal advisors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  and

  Company Secretary (CS)

  .
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, GST & Income Tax.
• Excellent drafting, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP, and corporate compliance software.
