JOB ROLE : Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with deep expertise in capital markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing fundraising strategies, regulatory compliance, financial structuring, and investment activities involving equity, debt, and other market instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support capital raising initiatives such as IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, private placements, NCDs, and bonds.
• Structure and execute transactions in alignment with SEBI, RBI, and stock exchange regulations.
• Prepare financial models, valuation reports, investor decks, and due diligence documentation.
• Collaborate with investment bankers, legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory bodies throughout capital market transactions.
• Oversee listing and post-listing compliance with stock exchanges (NSE/BSE) and regulators.
• Manage treasury functions, including investment of surplus funds in approved market instruments.
• Monitor financial market trends, interest rates, and capital flows to optimize funding and investment decisions.
• Support investor relations by providing transparent and timely financial communication.
• Ensure proper accounting and tax treatment of capital market transactions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI certified.
• 1+ years of post-qualification experience in finance roles with strong exposure to capital markets.
• Proven experience in fundraising, equity/debt issuance, or capital structuring.
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and financial disclosures.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/accounting systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in investment banking, listed companies, or large corporates managing capital market deals.
• Additional certifications (CFA, FRM, or NISM) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, or stock market analytics tools.
