Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: Minimum 2–6 years post-qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per statutory requirements.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
• Monitor fund flow, working capital, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team for smooth operations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, and taxation.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
