Channel Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage new

  Channel Partners (CPs), Brokers & Property Consultants

• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure recurring business
  
• Drive site visits, walk-ins, and bookings through channel network
  
• Conduct

  channel meetings, training programs, and project briefings

• Ensure timely sharing of inventory, pricing, and offers with CPs
  
• Track channel partner performance and ensure target achievement
  
• Coordinate with internal sales teams for smooth closure of channel leads
  
• Handle channel commission structures, payouts, and compliance
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to expand channel reach
  
• Ensure brand visibility and alignment across all channel activities
