Job Description

As a Channel Manager for US & LATAM regions at our company, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to drive business growth and improve partner satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Partner Development & Management: Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners in the US and LATAM regions to enhance business growth and partner satisfaction. - Sales Enablement: Provide continuous training, support, and resources to partners to ensure they are well-prepared to sell and promote Surveysparrow effectively. - Revenue Growth: Collaborate with channel partners to identify business opportunities, develop joint sales strategies, and implement programs to increase revenue and expand the market. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance metrics, sales trends, and market opportunities regularly to optimize the partner ecosystem and enhance sales outcomes. - Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the US and LATAM regions to shape channel strategy and identify areas for enhancement. - Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align and execute strategic initiatives for the region effectively. - Reporting & Communication: Provide consistent updates and insights on partner performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to the manager. - Compliance & Processes: Ensure that all partner activities adhere to company policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, preferably with exposure to the US and LATAM regions. - Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships successfully. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot. - Knowledge of the technology industry or SAAS products is advantageous. - Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional LATAM languages is beneficial. - Willingness to travel occasionally as per business requirements.
