Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth through effective management of channel partners (distributors, dealers, and retailers) in the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers in the assigned area.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely order placement and stock availability.
  • Execute promotional activities and trade schemes to boost secondary sales.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
