We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our laptop & IT hardware sales across designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Channel sales targets for laptops.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities within the region.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 9+ years) in hardware sales, preferably in laptops or related technology products.
  • Demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the hardware industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
