Role & responsibilities Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Hardware (Laptops) Location: Delhi NCR /Mumbai Company: Sterling Infoways pvt ltd Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our laptop & IT hardware sales across designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Channel sales targets for laptops. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities within the region. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives and channel partners. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (typically 9+ years) in hardware sales, preferably in laptops or related technology products. Demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the hardware industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
