Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Channel sales targets for laptops. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (typically 9+ years) in hardware sales, preferably in laptops or related technology products. Demonstrated success in managing regional sales teams and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of the hardware industry, market dynamics, and customer requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
