Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and experienced Channel Sales Person to lead and expand our dealer and distributor network across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical equipment or devices sales, with the ability to handle client relationships, develop new markets and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Manage Dealer Network: Identify, onboard, and manage dealers and distributors PAN India for medical equipment and devices.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with channel partners, hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing and new product launches to stay ahead in the market.
• Product Demonstration & Training: Conduct product demos, training sessions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Explore new markets and customer segments through networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Travel & Field Work: Willingness to travel extensively across India for dealer visits and business development.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and report to the management regularly.

Who Can Apply?

• 1+ years of experience in medical equipment/device sales with a strong dealer network exposure.
• Proven track record of handling B2B sales and channel distribution.
• Diploma/Degree in Medical Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across regions.
