Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of channel partners, resellers, and distributors for Hardware & IT Sales. The role involves developing strong business relationships, expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the channel network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand channel partner network for Hardware & IT products.
  • Achieve sales targets by driving business through distributors, dealers, and resellers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Provide product training, support, and sales enablement tools to channel partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive channel-specific campaigns.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze channel performance against business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms.
  • Address partner queries, resolve conflicts, and provide post-sales support coordination.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in Hardware & IT sales.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in channel sales / distribution management in the IT & Hardware industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and manage partners effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, networking products, and solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting & forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in Channel Sales / Distribution Sales in Hardware & IT industry.
  • Proven track record of handling large distributor and reseller networks.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
