Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to drive business through channel partners (real estate brokers, agents, consultants, etc.) in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the channel network, increasing sales volumes, and ensuring maximum outreach of our projects in the region. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of channel partners. Conduct regular engagement activities such as meetings, training, and project briefings. Ensure proper documentation, registration, and onboarding of all channel partners. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through the broker network to meet or exceed assigned targets. Support channel partners with necessary marketing material and sales tools. Follow up on leads generated through partners and ensure effective conversion. Project Promotion & Visibility: Promote current and upcoming Arvind SmartSpaces projects within the channel ecosystem. Organize site visits, events, and roadshows to improve project visibility and partner engagement. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather market insights including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and customer feedback. Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with internal stakeholders. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company policies and RERA guidelines. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience: 5–8 years of experience in real estate channel sales, preferably in the Ahmedabad market. Skills: Strong network of channel partners in the region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and drive. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
