Job Title: Channel Sales Manager – AIF Distribution Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Company: Equentis Wealth Advisory Ltd. CTC Range: ₹15 LPA + 4 lPA (incentive ) Experience: Minimum 3 years in equity markets Qualification: Graduate (minimum), Postgraduate preferred Role Summary: As a Channel Sales Manager – AIF, you will be responsible for sourcing business through a network of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and wealth managers. The role is entrepreneurial and suited for professionals with a strong distribution network and the drive to build an AIF channel from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners including MFDs, RIAs, and family offices ● Generate AUM for AIF products through your distribution network ● Conduct regular partner engagement through calls, meetings, webinars, and training ● Ensure seamless transaction support and address partner queries ● Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to leadership. Ideal Candidate Profile: ● 3–8 years in financial services with focus on equity or alternative investments ● Strong network of MFDs, sub-brokers, or wealth partners with proven conversion track ● Understanding of equity markets, AIF structures, and HNI investor behavior ● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ● Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy.
