Job Description

You will be joining Enerjazz Tech, a Y Combinator-backed startup leading India's electric mobility revolution. Your role as Channel Sales Head - North will involve driving revenue and market share by expanding the channel partner network in Northern India. This high-impact leadership position will directly contribute to Enerjazz's growth trajectory, partner ecosystem, and customer reach in the dynamic EV market. - Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners, dealers, and distributors in Northern India. - Design and manage partner incentive programs to boost engagement and sales performance. - Conduct structured partner reviews, track performance, and make regular field visits. - Achieve aggressive sales targets through effective channel strategy and execution. - Expand market coverage by identifying whitespace, unlocking new cities, and increasing penetration. - Lead product launches, promotions, and initiatives with channel partners to drive adoption. - Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations. - Address critical partner issues promptly to ensure long-term loyalty. - Collaborate with operations and service teams to drive customer success. - Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and channel practices to provide insights for internal strategy discussions. - Customize solutions for unique market needs in collaboration with product, supply chain, and marketing teams. - Build and mentor a high-performance sales team focused on channel success. - Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and market analysis to senior leadership. - 8+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development, preferably in EV, automotive, batteries, or FMCG sectors. - Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing multi-city partner networks in North India. - Strong analytical skills and experience in driving sales KPIs and operational efficiency. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. - Exposure to the electric mobility or energy storage sector is preferred. - Understanding of challenges and opportunities in the EV ecosystem in India. - Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs quickly. - Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.,
