Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners / dealers.
Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales targets through partner network.
Train partners on product knowledge, sales processes, and commission structures.
Support partners on quotations, proposals, pricing, and deal closures.
Collaborate internally with Operations, Design, Project, and Finance teams for seamless execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and channel performance.
Drive strategic initiatives for partner engagement and business growth.
