We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to appoint channel partners. The sales person will be responsible for and grow relationships with our indirect sales partners identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting existing partners, and helping drive revenue growth through the partner ecosystem.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
* Achieve channel partner appointment through target based initiatives and growth targets through partner-led sales initiatives.
* Onboard new channel partners and provide training and support on products, services, and sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure partner success and alignment with company goals.
* Identify and resolve partner issues, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
* Ensure partners adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and branding guidelines.
Any of Bachelor's degree/ Under-graduate in any stream (Experienced in sales under graduate can be considered).
Experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
Experience working with B2B channel ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, OEMs, distributors, etc.).
Strong understanding of sales principles and partner relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
