The candidate should have strong local connections, industry expertise, and proven experience in channel partner development.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage channel partner network to achieve business objectives.
• Generate leads through local connections and business partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners for long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Channel Partner Development / Business Development.
• Background in Interior Design or Real Estate industry.
• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru market and business ecosystem.

Preferred Profile:

• 26 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Prior experience in scaling partnerships and business expansion.
