Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at Chai Point, your primary responsibility will be to drive strategies and plans for developing channel partner pipelines for chaipoint expansion and beverages solutions. You will be required to identify and qualify new business opportunities and distributors, approaching key decision makers to recruit them as channel partners for the vending business. Working closely with the Business Applications team, you will play a crucial role in achieving targets and laying the groundwork for future growth. Collaboration with the broader Chai Point team will be essential to leverage joint solutions and ensure effective sales execution. Additionally, developing senior relationships with key customers and partners will be key to facilitating creative engagements. Representing the organization at key sales development events will also be part of your responsibilities, along with working with alliance partners to extend the company's strategy in the accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategies and plans to develop channel partner pipelines for chaipoint expansion & beverages solutions - Identify and qualify new business opportunities/distributors - Approach key decision makers to be recruited as channel partners for vending business - Partner with the Business Applications team to succeed targets and create a baseline for future growth - Collaborate with the broader Chai Point team for joint solutioning and effective sales execution - Develop senior relationships with key customers and partners - Represent the organization at key sales development events - Work with alliance partners to extend the company's strategy in the accounts Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of proven sales experience in a product/service industry selling to B2B traders/service providers - Ability to work with and develop the partner ecosystem to enable a stronger go-to-market approach for increased market coverage - Competitive and competitively aware with proficiency in explaining strengths and vulnerabilities to plan accordingly - Willingness to travel 20% or more on a random monthly to quarterly schedule, demonstrating efficiency in maximizing travel schedule, customer engagement, and internal demands (Note: Additional details about the company culture and social responsibility initiatives have been omitted from the Job Description as they are not part of the specific job requirements mentioned in the JD.),
