As a Channel Development Manager in Delhi, your primary focus will revolve around formulating comprehensive business strategies, overseeing channel sales operations, and fostering enduring partnerships with channel associates. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass devising effective sales plans, managing client accounts, and supervising channel sales activities to achieve set targets and bolster our market footprint. To thrive in this role, you should possess hands-on experience in devising business plans and implementing sales strategies, along with a proficiency in channel sales management and account handling. Your ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, coupled with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives, will be crucial. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, enabling you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Moreover, your willingness to work on-site in Delhi is a prerequisite for this position. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, prior experience in the kitchen sink or broader kitchen fixtures industry would be advantageous.
