Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Development Manager located in Delhi. The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for developing business plans, managing channel sales, and building strong relationships with channel partners. Daily tasks include planning sales strategies, managing accounts, and overseeing channel sales operations to ensure targets are met and market presence is expanded.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Planning and Sales strategies
• Proficiency in Channel Sales and Account Management
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the kitchen sink or broader kitchen fixtures industry is a plus
