Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage change requests from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the change management process. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation of changes, including testing and deployment. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on production systems. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Change Management and Lead CAB meetings. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL framework, particularly in Change & Release areas. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills required.
