CFO Advisory, Supervisor

As a Supervisor in the CFO Advisory practice at RSM USI, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse businesses, manage projects and staff, and deliver high-quality results while identifying new opportunities for client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in optimizing the finance organization's elements, including finance assessment, target operating model definition, business process improvement, enterprise transformation, and finance technology enablement and deployment. - Leverage digital skillsets to modernize service delivery, including experience with visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau, and automation technologies like Alteryx. - Deliver high-quality work within expected timeframes, scope, budgets, and client expectations. - Oversee projects to completion by identifying opportunities and solutions, managing risk, and keeping stakeholders informed. - Actively support internal and external business development activities and networking. - Identify industry focus areas, assist with industry research, and support client targeting activities. - Assist in developing new service offerings, innovative solutions, and deliverables for the changing finance environment. - Effectively manage, coach, and develop junior resources and peers, providing timely feedback and recruitment efforts. - Communicate effectively with client employees, C-suite executives, and private equity partners to foster relationships. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountancy / Cost & Management Accountancy / MBA from a Top Tier Institution with 8-12 years of experience in a Big 4 or large organization. - Demonstrate knowledge in advising Finance organizations on business processes. - Experience in Finance Transformation, Business Process Improvement, Shared Services, or Technology Enablement. - Working knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and automation technologies like Alteryx. - Exposure to ERPs / financial systems such as NetSuite, D365, Workday, Sage Intacct, and others. - Excellent critical thinking skills, ability to solve complex business problems, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated leadership skills, project management abilities, and strong communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams, MS Outlook, OneDrive, LucidCharts, and Smartsheet. - Ability to travel to the US for short-term project meetings/workshops.,
