Work you’ll do Roles & Responsibilities: This role focuses on designing and implementing network segmentation strategies for operational technology (OT) environments, leveraging expertise in networking, network security, and technologies from Palo Alto Networks and Cisco. You will help clients secure critical OT networks against cyber threats while ensuring operational continuity. Design and implement network segmentation strategies for OT environments, utilizing Palo Alto Networks and Cisco technologies. Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and segmentation gaps in OT systems. Configure and deploy firewalls, routers, and other network security solutions to enforce segmentation policies in ICS and SCADA environments. Collaborate with clients to integrate OT network security solutions with enterprise IT networks, ensuring seamless and secure operations. Develop and document network segmentation policies, procedures, and architectures aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443). Provide technical expertise during client engagements, including troubleshooting and optimizing network security configurations. Support clients in achieving compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks through effective network segmentation. Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information security, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in network security, with at least 4 years focused on OT network segmentation. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks (e.g., Panorama, PA-Series firewalls) and Cisco (e.g., ISE) for network security and segmentation. Strong understanding of OT network protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3) and industrial control systems (ICS). Proficiency in designing and implementing micro-segmentation and Zero Trust architectures in OT environments. Knowledge of OT-specific security standards (e.g., NIST 800-82, IEC 62443) and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex network security challenges. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience in consulting or advisory roles. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, PCNSE, GICSP) are highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
