Centre Manager

· Demonstrate strong English communication skills, both in email writing and speaking, to ensure effective interaction.

· Possess capabilities in marketing and business development to drive growth and achieve objectives.

· Develop a thorough understanding of all the services offered by the organization.

· Coordinate with academic counselors to facilitate and increase student admissions.

· Oversee and manage general staff-related matters to ensure smooth operations.

· Generate genuine offline leads through proactive efforts and outreach activities.

· Visit colleges and institutions and organize events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

· Conduct training sessions for both students and staff to improve skills and knowledge.

· Identify and implement effective offline strategies to promote brand development and drive business growth.

· Acquire new customers through direct interactions, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.

· Attend networking events to research market trends and build connections with potential clients.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention.

· Provide technical support and manage team operations effectively within the organization.

· Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Center Manager in an educational institution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
