Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Supervise staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Implement new policies and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of clinical research, laboratory operations, and healthcare management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory procedures is an asset.
