As a Centre Head at our educational/training center, your role is crucial in leading and managing operations to ensure student satisfaction and business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team, driving admissions, and maintaining high standards of academic delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth program delivery - Lead and manage recruitment, training, and performance of faculty and support staff - Ensure high standards of student experience, academic delivery, and discipline - Drive admissions, revenue targets, and business development - Handle student and parent interactions, feedback, and grievance resolution - Coordinate with head office for compliance, reporting, and strategic alignment - Monitor fee collections, expenses, and center profitability - Plan and execute local marketing activities and events - Maintain accurate data records of students, inquiries, and staff Key Skills Required: - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven sales and target achievement experience - Good organizational and administrative capabilities - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT tools - Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Education, Management, or Business) - MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus - Minimum 3-7 years of experience in educational or training institute management - Prior experience as Centre Head, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role preferred In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, the role offers the opportunity for a performance bonus. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated center.
