Designation: Centre Coordinator- Full Time Location: Center of Logistics Training for Excellence (COLTE), Guna Complex, Teynampet, Chennai Qualification: Any Degree Are you passionate about skill development and community empowerment? Join us at COLTE as a Centre Coordinator , where you’ll play a key role in transforming lives through impactful skilling programs. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth implementation of training and development programs. Coordinate and monitor centre activities to meet program goals. Engage with government bodies, NGOs, and local communities to enhance impact. Prepare reports, track project progress, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Supervise staff and volunteers, offering guidance and skill-building support. 🔸 Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in program coordination, community development, or similar roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Tamil and English is essential.
