Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage outpatient department (OPD) schedules and patient appointments
  • Coordinate effectively between doctors, patients, and other departments
  • Ensure smooth patient flow with minimal waiting times
  • Maintain and regularly update patient records and documentation
  • Handle patient queries, concerns, and provide service-oriented support
  • Supervise OPD staff and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
  • Manage billing, registration, and related administrative processes
  • Provide administrative support to doctors as required
  • Monitor and manage OPD inventory and supplies

  • Familiarity with hospital/clinic management systems
