Job Description

As a Central Coordinating Department Executive at the Gurgaon Plant, your role will involve serving as a central point of contact for coordination between different departments and units within the organization. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation of company-wide strategies and policies, ensuring consistency and compliance. Your responsibilities will also include managing the scheduling of interdepartmental meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and information while liaising with project stakeholders. Monitoring the progress of multiple projects and providing timely updates to management will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be required to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and decisions, as well as assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech/B.Com/M.Com - Experience: 4 - 10 years - Good knowledge of SAP ERP system, MS Excel (Advance: Power Query), MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Power BI - Very Good Data Management & Analytical Ability - Past experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a large organization - Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking In this role, you will need to demonstrate technical skills in SAP ERP system, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Power BI. Your data management and analytical abilities will be crucial, along with your experience in coordination or administrative roles. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills will also be essential for success in this position. Please note that the competencies required for this role include technical skills such as data management and analytical ability, as well as behavioral skills like being a team player, having networking skills, and being proactive in taking initiatives.
