Job Description

Team Supervision:
Oversee and supervise the activities of subordinates, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
External Liaison:
Act as the key point of contact with external stakeholders, including advisory boards, sponsors, and donors; support fundraising and membership initiatives.
Daily Operations:
Manage day-to-day center operations, coordinate activities through staff, and prioritize/delegate tasks effectively.
Communication & Promotion:
Prepare and distribute communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, and flyers; coordinate printing and dissemination.
Budget Management:
Prepare, monitor, and control the center's budget for projects, research, or student programs; recommend necessary resources and equipment.
Reporting:
Generate periodic reports, financial statements, and project progress updates for management and external agencies.
Program Development:
Design, develop, and recommend new programs, projects, and activities related to research, executive training, or student education.
