Job Description

Job Title: Center Manager We are looking for a_ proactive and organized Center In-Charge _to manage day-to-day operations of our center in Manoharpur. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing skilling programs under government schemes such as DDU-KK, SJKVY and BIRSA, ensuring effective implementation, compliance, and student engagement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily functioning and administration of the training center Ensure timely execution of training batches under DDU-KK and SJKVY BIRSA Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, MIS executives, and support staff Monitor attendance, training progress, assessments, and certification processes Maintain proper documentation, compliance, and readiness for audits Handle student issues and ensure high satisfaction and engagement Ensure timely data entry and coordination with MIS teams (JDSM portal) Liaise with local authorities, project officers, and scheme stakeholders Support placement efforts and employer engagement initiatives Track center performance against defined KPIs and prepare regular reports Qualification Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred) 2–3 years of experience in managing skill development centers Must have experience in handling projects like DDU-KK and SJKVY BIRSA Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with JSDMS portals Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and ensure operational excellence Passionate about skilling, training, and youth empowerment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
