Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Center Manager to lead Last Mile Operations for our D2C FMCG business. You will oversee delivery operations, manage a team, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day Last Mile operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient deliveries. Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team. Optimize delivery routes, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Address customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction. Monitor KPIs and implement improvements based on data analysis. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Last Mile Logistics or Operations, preferably in FMCG/D2C. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (good to have). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Delivery Supervisors with good experience are also encourage to apply for this position. 2 wheeler is mandatory.
