Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the launch of Cult across 100+ cities and build Cult as a truly Pan-India organization
Own end-to-end city launch execution, including setup, readiness, and go-live
Be the custodian of
revenue, member experience, and operations
from
M-1 to M+3
of city launch
Drive achievement of
monthly and overall revenue targets
for the city
Ensure
extraordinary member experience delivery
through City Centre Managers with strict adherence to Cult SOPs
Set up strong
processes, operating rhythms, and performance culture
in new cities
Recruit, train, onboard, and continuously upskill
City Centre Managers and city teams
Ensure
optimal working conditions
of fitness facilities, including safety, hygiene, and infrastructure readiness
Build and promote an
inclusive, respectful, and high-performance work environment
across centers
Monitor and improve
operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Manage seamless
handover of launched cities to regional teams
Remain accountable for
revenue and experience for 1 month post city handover
Act as a key stakeholder in scaling best practices across cities

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with
1-3 years of experience in B2C sales
, preferably in consumer-facing or service-led businesses
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
in
English and Hindi
Proficient in
MS Office
tools including
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
High ownership mindset with the ability to perform in
fast-paced, target-driven environments
Fitness enthusiast
with strong
mental resilience and physical endurance
Willingness to travel extensively and work across multiple city launches
