We are hiring Footcare Experience Executives who will play a central role in guiding customers through a personalized, educational, and premium in-store journey.

Job Profile

This role blends premium retail experience, customer care, and hands-on product guidance. You will help customers understand their foot health, try products, customize their footwear, and ensure every visitor leaves feeling supported, confident, and well cared for.

Brand Name

Stepwise Health India's first doctor-led footcare brand combining medical science, patented technology, and premium design is opening its flagship experience store.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium, boutique-style service experience.
  • Assist customers in trying on Stepwise footwear and accessories.
  • Explain Stepwise product benefits, features, and foot-health relevance clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct basic foot health assessments (after training):
    • Foot size measurement
    • Foot pressure mapping
    • Comfort and fit evaluation

Product Knowledge & Customization

  • Help customers choose suitable models, materials, and colors based on comfort, lifestyle, and foot needs.
  • Explain customization options such as insoles, sole protectors, socks, or accessories.
  • Stay updated on Stepwise product advancements, new launches, and clinical features.

Store Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain store cleanliness and premium visual presentation at all times.
  • Support inventory tracking, stocking, and reordering.
  • Handle billing, receipts, and follow-ups for customized orders.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Experience & After-Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and comfort checks.
  • Maintain database of interactions for continuity of care.
  • Assist in educating customers about proper foot hygiene and preventive care.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills friendly, clear, and confident (Tamil + basic English preferred).
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Professional grooming aligned with a premium health-lifestyle brand.
  • Quick learner with curiosity for product and medical concepts.
  • Basic comfort using billing systems, digital tools, and messaging platforms.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in premium retail, footwear, wellness, hospitality, clinic support, or customer handling roles is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided interest and willingness to learn is key.
